Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount.

Cancellations made within 20 hours or a few hours before the trip will not be eligible for any refund, as the vehicle and driver will already be scheduled.

During peak seasons or holiday periods, advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
